Shipping Times
Shipping to the US takes approximately 2-5 weeks with expedited shipping. XpressPost shipping takes 1-3 weeks. (May take longer to Hawaii, Alaska, military addresses and other non-standard addresses).
Expedited shipping takes approximately 2-14 days in Canada. XpressPost shipping usually takes less than a week.
Returns
Not happy with your purchase? Our goal here is to ensure that you are totally satisfied with your shopping experience. We accept returns of unopened products up to 60 days after the date of purchase.
Please note that we are not the manufacturers of the products we sell. If you have a complaint with a product, try calling the manufacturer at the number on the packaging.
Unfortunately, we can not accept returns for products which are returned more than 25 days after you purchase them. We also can not accept opened or used products.
We can not accept any returns from the following categories:
- Compression Stockings
- Ostomy Products
- Support & Braces
- Bedding Accessories
- Any items marked as non refundable

Remote Locations
Productsmedical.com charges the following shipping charges on orders to remote locations:
- $14.99 on orders $300 and over
- $29.99 on orders under $300
Remote locations are locations that Canada Post calls Air Stage Locations, places where mail must be airlifted for more than six (6) months of the year.
There may also be additional shipping charges on orders depending on the size and bulk of the order. We will be sure to contact customers before any such charge is added, and we only do this very rarely.
