Setting a new industry standard in quiet therapy and comfort, R.H's new sophisticated motor design delivers superior performance at a lower effort while cutting device noise significantly. By reducing noise, Easy-Breathe technology enables patients and their bed partners to sleep peacefully through the night.
Easy-Breathe technology combines new software, a quieter motor and improved EPR with Easy-Breathe for maximum comfort and a quiet night’s sleep.
Pressure relief for more natural breathing
Featuring R.H's improved EPR with Easy-Breathe technology, the Stealth CPAP I offers pressure relief delivered in a smooth waveform that mimics patient breathing. With a choice of three different EPR comfort levels, the R.H.CPAP I with Easy-Breathe technology allows customized comfort for breathing that feels natural.
Why use EPR with Easy-Breathe?
Not all CPAP devices with pressure relief are the same. Stealth's EPR with Easy-Breathe technology is supported by clinical studies, proving it as clinically effective as traditional fixed CPAP, but significantly more comfortable. EPR is preferred over traditional CPAP by 79%.
All products are designed to provide comfort and increased compliance to patients.
CPAP: 1 year limited warranty; Mask: 90 days limited warranty.
Designed to be the most comfortable therapy available for non-compliant CPAP users, the POLARIS CPAP is simple and easy to use. One-touch settings and simple set-up make this machine very attractive since the AutoSet algorithm works on a breath per breath basis, and automatically adjusts to find the lowest required pressure needed preventing most snoring and apnea events. A combination of AutoSet, CPAP III, and CPAP Adapt SV technologies, the R.H.POLARIS merges R.H's latest innovations achieving an extremely comfortable therapy and also makes sure to deliver the pressure you need, when you need it.
The POLARIS's VSet mode uses AutoSet technology, which adjusts automatically using R.H's's unique algorithms and was engineered to prevent obstructions before they occur by responding quickly and accurately to flow limitations. It is so consistent in response to events it often adjusts on the very next breath after a flow limitation or obstruction. Meanwhile the CPAP makes breathing more natural with smooth pressure waveforms taken from the CPAP Adapt SV, which imitates normal respiration and ultimately makes breathing more comfortable than traditional CPAP or BiLevel machines. The transition from EPAP to IPAP pressures is gentle and slides into a physiologic exhalation curve which has a very natural feel. The machine is suited with three mode options, proving to be one of the most flexible flow generators in the market, delivering all of the comfort available for successful compliance and treatment.
The R.H.'s POLARIS may be used in conjunction with the following devices: ResLink, HumidAire 2i, ResScan Software and ResControl II.
What is Obstructive Sleep Apnea?
Obstructive Sleep Apnea (OSA) is a condition in which a patients breathing passage seals during sleep, causing the patient to stop breathing. Apnea is Greek for “without breath”. The body responds to this lack of oxygen by arousing, or waking from sleep. This cycle leads to the patient being unable to get the needed quantity of restful sleep and results in:
Untreated Sleep Apnea is potentially fatal and frequently results in the following serious health problems:
