Dec 9 2008 So often in today's world, people are very quick to take pen to paper to complain about unsatisfactory service. I have made it a rule that if I am impressed with service, they too, shall be informed. I don't mean giving customer care as should be expected, but to go above and beyond. In that category, you guys rule. I wish I kept the name. I really think it was Jo for some reason. I hope so. I was told about you guys, and took a quick look. I was so excited I quickly placed an order for a GPS hand held. I no sooner enter my information, and send of my credit card info to you guys, when I realize I did not get the unit with the colour screen. Well here we go. I emailed, and called the toll free number, but being after hours, I had to leave a message. I just knew I was done for, and would be shipped the B/W screen. Jo emailed me back right away, cancelled my order, allowed me to re-order, and had the shipment out the next day. This was a Tues night, so my unit was shipped Wed. I received it Friday, and have not stopped talking about you guys to anyone and everyone who will listen. You are now in my favourites. Although I will not be spending a ton of money now that I own my unit, I can assure you that any accessory I need will be purchased through you. I expect you will receive orders from some of my friends, and I feel good referring them. Thanks again Jo, and productsmedical.com. You so rock
